Terrible Virginia DUI fatality

This is a very sad case. Imagine making it that far in life only to be cut short by a drunk driver. Here's the story.

Wonder how fast this douche was driving his BMW? Is it just me, or does it seem like there are a lot of a-holes out there driving BMWs that don't seem to care who they kill as long as they can do what they want?
